Trebunie Tutki and Twinkle Brothers - Polish highlanders and Jamaican reagge, but expect also a Chinese girl in a traditional Kraków dress, stylish frocks designed by Teresa Seda and embellished with Polish regional embroidery, Gdynia shipyard photographed from a paraglider, “Rabbit à la Berlin” and clocks cut by the metre… It’s the next stage of Polska! Year in Belfast.
The Polish Cultural Week returns to Belfast for the fourth time (second
time as part of Polska! Year). The main organizers of this event, which
is the biggest Polish festival in Northern Ireland, are Adam Mickiewicz
Institute and the Belfast-based organization Artslink. The main theme of
this year’s edition is Polish folk art, as well as its reception and
contemporary interpretations.
