Night of Museums in Warsaw
The Night of Museums in May is one of Warsaw's most popular cultural events as museums, galleries and other arts institutions stay open late into the night. Additional attractions include music concerts, writer's workshops, film screenings and street theatre.
Supported by the European Counctil, the first Night of Museums took
place in Berlin in 1997. Since then the event has spread to over 120
countries in Europe and beyond. Visitors are provided with a free tram
and bus transport service between venues.
