Rotterdam Marathon
Join the crowds and encourage thousands of runners through the streets of Rotterdam at the city's annual marathon - unless you're keen to complete the 42km route yourself! The annual race starts and finishes on Coosingel in the heart of Rotterdam.
The marathon wends its way through the prettier and less pretty aspects
of the Netherlands' principal port. The flat and fast course attracts
more than 20,000 competitors each year. There are also 5km and 10km
races.
Participants have no longer than five hours to complete a
distance of 42km and 195 metres and must be over 18 years of age (15 for
