India Week 2013

Highly specialised engineers and unskilled day labourers, colourful saris and deep black jeans, the noise of Mumbai and the silence of the Himalayas - India fascinates us with its contrasts. Also in 2013 Hamburg dedicates an “India Week” to its longstanding friendship with this exciting country. Between 7 and 15 September 2013, different actors will present India’s tradition and contemporary developments. The event will particularly focus on the topics of "Urban Development and Quality of Life", "Urbanization", "Smart Cities" and "Architecture".
