Hungary

Stipendium Hungaricum – Hungary's best-known scholarship – is based on agreements with more than 90 partners. If you come from one of the partner countries, it covers your tuition. No EU country is on the list, so EU citizens cannot use it.

Other options:

a state-funded place on a programme in Hungarian (for EU citizens) – i.e. studying without tuition fees (see: Tuition fees),
Erasmus+ – a semester or year in Hungary as part of an exchange with your home university,
CEEPUS – exchanges in Central and South-Eastern Europe,
Bilateral State Scholarships and EEA Grants scholarships – details and conditions on studyinhungary.hu.

You will find an overview of programmes on studyinhungary.hu.
